Parts Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your parts purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date, for a full refund.

  1. All parts must be returned in original packaging.
  2. All parts must be accompanied by original purchase documentation and are subject to inspection.
  3. All parts must be in a condition that can be classed as new, current, and returnable to the manufacturer. Any non-returnable part would result in no credit. The final determination of condition of part rests solely with Oakcreek Golf & Turf.
  4. No part will be accepted for credit unless the extended value exceeds $20.00 per part.
  5. All credits will be processed at original purchase price.
  6. Parts can be returned to any Oakcreek Golf & Turf location in person or via prepaid freight.
  7. All parts returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Parts Not Eligible for Return

Oakcreek Golf & Turf will not accept the following items for return under any circumstances:

  1. Parts with a purchase date exceeding 24 months.
  2. Special order parts or non-stocked items.
  3. Items listed by the manufacturer as non-returnable, superseded, or no longer available.
  4. Parts that have been installed, damaged, used, or defaced, including scratched, dented, rusted etc.
  5. Items not limited to:

Warranty Policy

Oakcreek Golf & Turf will repair or replace any warranty parts based on the written policy of the manufacturer. Special order or discontinued products may be ordered from the manufacturer at their discretion.

 

Shipping Damage

Upon receipt of your parts item, we strongly suggest you inspect all items for shortages and damages prior to accepting them from the carrier. Please note that any damage, problems with packaging (i.e. boxes open, torn or missing, wet or shrink wrap broken or re-wrapped, etc.) are noted on the carrier’s delivery documents and retain a copy for your records. All concerns must be addressed with Oakcreek Golf & Turf within 2 business days of receipt.
